Took us three visits to finally get our son’s prescription where the poor kid could see. Staff has the personality of a brick wall; unfriendly, can’t or won’t smile, and give you the impression that they couldn’t care less. The front desk staff had a post-​it note on her desk that says «I used to be a people person, but people ruined it». Dr. Chandler seems more concerned about giving a lecture instead of a correct prescription.
Don’t waste your time or money. Go somewhere else m

I was referred to Dr. Carter by a friend and was very pleased with the process. II made an appointment and there was virtually no wait once I arrived… even the exam was relatively quick. When I returned to have my glasses fitted that was also super quick! Dr. Carter will be our family eye doctor!
When my son scratched his eye recently, we took him to Dr. Carter on a Saturday and he was fantastic with my 4 year old… he was even able to get a good eye exam when my pediatrician’s office had not.
