Garden Manor is Grapevine’s only bed and breakfast! It is located in the historic district, only ½ block from Grapevine’s Main Street District with over 90 shops, restaurants, live music, wine tasting rooms, and art galleries. Garden Manor is a favorite for romantic getaways and business travel. It is conveniently located only 7 miles from DFW International Airport and 18 miles to either Dallas or Ft. Worth.

History

Established in 2003.

Garden Manor will celebrates its 10th year in business in February 2013! The house is located in the historic district and has the charm of yesterday with all the conveniences of today. Guests may choose from 5 guestrooms, all with private bathrooms, decorated smartly with luxurious linens, flat-​screen TV, mini-​frig stocked with complimentary drinks, chocolate truffles, free WIFI access, and a full-​course, made from scratch breakfast.

Business Owner

Judy left a career in healthcare management and purchased the home in 2003 to open as a bed and breakfast inn. Garden Manor quickly became a favorite spot for relaxing getaways as well as unique escape for tired business travelers! Garden Manor hosted weddings and corporate events for several years. In 2011 Judy decided to forego the joys and struggles of hosting events and converted the event service space into a fifth room, The Carriage House. This room has been very popular for its appointments, privacy and first-​floor access.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night to celebrate an anniversary. Unfortunately, due to a unknown circumstance, we weren’t able to enjoy the breakfast part of the B&B. The room was clean and very beautiful. We would have loved to have stayed longer and enjoyed the patio area. If the occasion arises, we would love to stay here again!
It was a less than a minute walk to Main Street with tons of cute little shops and restaurants. We definitely recommend this place for a getaway without the kids for a night, or even a little weekend vacation!

Hubby and I stayed here last night, as we were attending a wedding in Colleyville.
Easy check-​in, just find your keys and you are on your way. Our room was bright, inviting and cozy. There was a Jacuzzi tub, a small fridge and coffee maker in the closet and the most comfy bed! We also had a door in the hallway that led to the veranda, so we enjoyed the rocking chairs and crisp afternoon air before our Saturday wedding.
Before you arrive, hostess Camille will determine what drinks you’d like in your fridge and if you have any dietary restrictions.
Normally, Camille said breakfast is full on Sundays but this weekend, everyone took off early, so it was just the two of us. Fresh fruit, the most amazing OJ and eggs with bacon and cheese served open-​faced on a biscuit. The biscuits were light and fluffy and if they weren’t homemade, it fooled us!
Coffee was good and plentiful as we were lingering over breakfast because we didn’t want to head out into the rain. Alas, all restful and peaceful things must come to an end, so off we went.
The location is a short walk to Main Street and I hope we can return when it’s Grapefest or something equally as fun.

Pretty inn with a dynamic innkeeper. We loved the convenient location to Main Street and were able to walk up and down Main for dinner and wineries etc. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend staying here. Convenient to things, comfy beds and yummy breakfast. You can hear planes and an occasional train, but there are white noise machines to help and the noise wasn’t too bad. :) I’d stay here again!

My twin sister and I stayed two nights to celebrate our 30th birthday and what a treat! We shopped, ate, relaxed, and enjoyed a break from our busy lives. Judy is such a gracious host and her hospitality us unparalleled. The house is decorated like a dream, the beds are soft and comfy, every amenity is accounted for, and breakfast is divine. The fact that it’s within walking distance of Main Street’s restaurants and shops is just icing on the cake. I am SO glad we stayed here instead of a large chain hotel! It was wonderful. Thanks for everything, Judy, we will definitely be back!
