Dr. Gallagher is a native Texan, from Arlington who attended UT Arlington, then UTHSC San Antonio Dental School, and then Baylor for his Masters in Orthodontics. he has practiced in the DFW area since 1992 as an independent Orthodontist, with thousands of happy patients. Now open in Grapevine and Coppell, Dr Gallagher utilizes the latest in Orthodontic technology such as Invisalign and the most up to date clear braces available. He also uses the iTero Digital Scanner, which means no more impressions! Your teeth are scanned with a specialized camera for Invisalign, ensuring a great fit of the aligners compared to the older technique of using impressions.

I am Dr Robert Gallagher, originally from Arlington Texas. I graduated from Bowie High School, and then attended UT Arlington as a Mechanical Engineering major, and am a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. I moved to San Antonio and received my Doctor of Dental Surgery from the UTHSC Dental School. I then obtained my Masters in Orthodontics from the prestigious Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. My wife Dana and I reside in Colleyville with our children. I am private pilot, and I also enjoy all outdoor activities such as boating, mountain biking, and occasionally compete in triathlons as well.
