This pharmacy sucks! I don’t know why the pharmacy technicians here have no motivation. Despite of ordering and checking the status with them over the phone they will make us wait in the store for 20 – 30 min. This is unacceptable and disappointing. They are not serious for the business and for the customers. Time to move to a different location.

I am very disappointed in this CVS. I have placed several prescriptions for my son and for myself. There’s always a problem when getting them filled. I have always given ample time for refills. I’ve had to repeatedly called, left messages, and it’s like pulling teeth. My sons medications are extremely important and I am at a loss trying to get things filled. I’m often made to feel like I am not important. I will soon take my business elsewhere once the next fills are done due to my insurance already authorization for this location is done.

This CVS location is just like any other. Nothing to special or flashy. The store clerks are knowledgeable in their area. Please note that I cannot speak about the pharmacy here since I never use it. This location is nearby my home and I never had any problems with the store, or it’s employees.

To preface this review, I need to discuss a little bit of my philosophy on life which is basically that I truly believe most people are good. I feel like the odds of you running into a nice, helpful, caring person are significantly higher than running into someone evil and that you truly CAN depend on the kindness of strangers. That being said, I am confused and a little bit frightened by the fact that I have not found a single decent human being employed at this store. It has taken 6 phone calls to this pharmacy, 5 pharmacy employees, 48 hours, and 3 calls to the corporate CVS insurance office to get one lousy prescription filled. I could understand the complete unwillingness to help if maybe I just really wanted a particular brand of soap or was mad that they quit carrying my favorite type of razors. But the medicine that keeps my heart ticking should rank a little higher… right? Is CVS really going to be the thing that undoes my faith in humanity? Really?!
