What does a typical home inspection cover?

My reports are detailed and easy to understand. My clients and Realtors receive inspection notifications prior to the inspection date. The reports are generated on the same day with many photos included. I have a great ability for observation and attention to details. This comes in handy when doing inspections because I notice things that other inspectors miss. Continuing education is a MUST for my company. I am always trying to improve on my knowledge and stay current with the changing laws and regulation. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them make the proper decision with their investment. Customers ALWAYS ask me if I was in their position… would I buy the home. This is common because customers want the best for their money… I always give an honest answer.
