Awful. Was hoping to get a nice ice-cream cone on my way home from work today. Was craving strawberry, and got pink slop instead. The ice-cream was nearly all melted and dripping when they handed it to me. Watch what you serve your customers. Leaving it as 1 star instead of 0, because I suppose I only wasted $ 1.50

Food is really Decent, but the staff is not super friendly. None of them smile, which makes the atmosphere unwelcome.

My family frequents this Braums location often for ice cream treats. Usually we have wonderful service and the manager is very kind. Unfortunately, today I received such terrible service that it made me question ever returning. My three kids and I went in for ice cream. We were the only ones in line and had to wait several minutes although there were 4 people behind the counter. This was fine, no big deal. Bianca finally came over and without a smile stated«what do you want»? I ordered my first ice cream, and she scooped it, handed it sternly to me, and stated, «next». This same emotionless distasteful service occurred 2 more times, and a gentleman took my last order and was much friendlier. Bianca rang me up and without so much as a thank you, handed me my receipt, landing it right in my ice cream. She turned around, unsorry. I was in shock. I almost asked her if she was having a bad day, or if she just disliked her job. She definitely had a problem and took it out on myself and my children. Thanks for ruining our outing Bianca and our ice cream spot.

I was in town visiting, so I’d never been here before. Decided to get a burger and ice cream, and was quite pleased with both. The 4 cheese burger was hot, juicy and loaded with cheese. Very tasty. Best of all was the ice cream, of course. Braum’s was so crowded that I couldn’t see all the flavors, but once I spotted the pistachio, I knew that was the ONE. So delicious.

Good ‘olé braums … What can you say about it. Ice cream is good, great farmers market stuff for when you miss Main Streets market times. The food is usually pretty good for fast food, thumbs up for crinkle cut fries! As for most braums it takes a little longer for them to get stuff out to you unless your getting a cone or cup of ice cream or certain sundaes. As well don’t plan on just getting food if you come in with kids.

I usually go into the Fresh Market to buy eggs and almost all other dairy products. You can save so much time and support an establishment with food and service your heart will yearn for if you move out of state.

What a great Braum’s. The burgers are always fresh and juicy. The fries are always crisp and hot. And of course the ice cream is always cold and fresh. I’ve never had a bad experience here, and it beats the heck it of any other fast food burger around here with the exception of Whataburger. But Whataburger doesn’t have a vast selection if ice cream and its nice to do something different every once in a while. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars for me is because it lacks a drive thru which takes up a little more time when I get it to go for lunch during work days. I highly recommend the #3, the pepper jack jalapeño cheeseburger combo.

Ok, where are these stores in Houston! This is why I like Dallas. Braums. They are just simple, and I love simple. It’s good and it’s what you know. Cappuccino chunky chocolate, and peppermint are my favorites! The store attached is also very good, and so are their burgers. LOVE going here!

This is likely the best Braum’s I’ve ever visited. The interior was immaculately clean, which was noticeable even though the building shows signs of age. My order was processed very quickly, to the point where I almost thought that they had been clairvoyant and predicted my request for a bacon cheeseburger with large fry and drink before I even asked and paid for said lunch. I don’t think this location has a drive-thru service option, and I think that really benefits the service to the patrons who choose to dine in. Kudos to the franchisee or store manager who runs this Braum’s location; I am impressed and will return.
