History

Established in 1973.

Remax was born in 1973, a brainchild of a Denver Colorado Realtor Dave Liniger and his wife Gail. Franchises were purchased, and Remax went international in 1977. Today, Remax has over 100,000 agents in nearly 100 countries.

I joined Remax because of it’s strong visual presence in our community, they always keep up with current technology, and most important, because of the high integrity and ethics that the agents in my office have. Training and education is continuously provided to keep us up to date on current rules and regulations. It is a high functioning atmosphere which I love.

Business Owner

Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, I’ve been in Grants Pass, OR since 1988. My husband owns a tax business, which is why we moved here. I’ve been selling real estate since 2005, specializing in helping people buy or sell a home to help them move forward in their lives.

I am active in our community as a member of Rogue Gateway Rotary Club, and the Chamber of Commerce, which I was voted Business Woman of the Year in 2011. I have very strong ties to my community, and love where I live.

My personal information: Married to Duane since 1988, one son, Chris who is married to Wendy, and they have given us 3 beautiful grandchildren. Duane and I love to travel, by car, ship, or motorcycle. We have two rambunctious dogs and one lazy cat. On weekends, you’ll find us working around the house, at the coast, or sampling some of the Applegate Valley’s scrumptious wines at local vineyards. I can’t imagine my life anywhere else.
