I am very pleased with my experience.
I worked with Russell and Cedrick. They were patient, professional and straightforward the entire time.
They did not try to get more money out of me than I said I wanted to spend and they gave me more than I expected on my trade-​in.
I will definitely do business with Jim Sigel when it comes time to buy again and would recommend them to anyone.

My car broke down the night before and the tow truck dropped me off here despite them not being open on Saturdays! The staff was so kind and helpful, helping me move my truck across the street, a service that would have been $ 70! Thank you all for the help, and Phil and Russell for helping me tow it over :)

I have never been treated better by a auto dealer in my life. .I didn’t buy my honda here, but they treated me like I owned the place. I just need them to check a warning light. it is so nice to see a dealer so responsive. sure wish I lived closer. it’s nice to be spoiled like that

Been to this dealership a few times. Was not treated well. Their sales process is stuck in the 1980’s. Their process is not transparent, they’re rude, and they try to strong-​arm you. They are deceptive when presenting their archaic «four-​square». Several times they misrepresented the MSRP of the vehicle so that they could claim to be giving a «big discount» when really they were selling the vehicle above MSRP still. Don’t waste your time with these scoundrels.

If you find yourself with an emergency auto repair for your GM vehicle near Grants Pass, Oregon, don’t hesitate to take it to Jim Sigel Chevrolet! Casey and the staff were absolutely wonderful, transporting us to our hotel and providing quick service at reasonable cost to replace our alternator failure on our 2014 Yukon.
If you have to breakdown in your GM vehicle, be comforted that there is an honest, friendly and courteous service department in Grants Pass, Oregon.

Jim single is amazing! Chris, our salesman, was amazing. No pressure, it was more what do you want, and that is how it should be. He helped me get into a Honda civic Si. And the color I wanted was white. It had to be white or no deal. And he made it happen that day. It was the easiest process ever and he is so funny and fun, which made it stress free. I won’t go anywhere else. Found a keeper, as long as Chris is there!

Well, we had a good sales experience with Ray and Doug, but once it came down to honoring the items listed in our contract thru the service department, everything went downhill from there. We were told several times that one big item we wanted fixed on the vehicle would be around $ 100 (we were ok paying this) but the service dept gives us an estimate for $ 500!!! Thats quite a difference! I have the feeling the sales dept feels like they were taken advantage of (b/​c we got a great price on our vehicle and got what we wanted for our trade-​ins, plus we negotiated a couple other items during the sale) and now they want to stick it to us in the service dept. Lets hope things get better in that dept & if so, I’ll give a better review…
