RIP OFF!!! DO NOT USE THEIR BUSINESS! Jerry quoted me $ 263.00 on my voicemail for replacement motor. Went to pick it up $ 363.00. Voice mail was very very clear $ 263.00 he refused to listen to it and would not sell me the motor for price quoted. Told him he lacks customer service quality he didn’t care. Told him he lost me as a customer he didnt care. Im ready to spend plenty on my hot tub but will take my business elsewhere and suggest you do the same.

Apparently Jerry’s Pool and Spa has sold out to a new business and will be changing hands in the near future. This explains his lack of customer service and unwillingness to run a legitimate business. He is a fraud and he will not get another penny of my money. The sad thing is he knew he wronged me and he could care less. It shows his true character, his type is not what Grants Pass needs. Jerry, I am happy to see you go, unfortunately for me, it just wasn’t quick enough. You have no integrity, at least I can hold my head high. So long.
