Completely incompetent unfriendly and almost nasty. I definitely would not recommend coming to the site ever ever ever ever again. The man working behind the counter was a crusty old curmudgeon couldn’t be bothered to give us the time of day, and quite frankly just wanted us to go away. I would highly recommend you go to any other city and get on the bus from there. And if you’re coming to Grants Pass on the bus, God help you.

Without a doubt the least helpful people in the world work at this station. I had set my expectations low because let’s be real, it’s greyhound, but I was astounded by just how bottomless the pit of despair in that greyhound station was. This station prides itself on being independently owned and operated, and as such has a sign asking customers to buy their tickets through the station so they can reap the commission. I’m into supporting independently owned businesses, but you’d think that would mean the folks working the counter would be pleasant. Wrong. The customer service was atrocious, the bag fees out of control(a helmet was considered an extra bag and charged $ 15) and the man working the counter could barely give anyone the time of day. He wanted $ 125 in bag fees for the aforementioned helmet, 2 small backpacks and one large pack. When I tried to condense bags and pack the helmet away, he told me I’d be charged 125 regardless. Save yourself, get to eugene or chemult and take the Amtrak, or at a bare minimum get on the bus at a different station and don’t support these lowlifes!
