History

Established in 2005.

Fiona bean is named for the owners daughter, fiona. When she was tiny, her parents called her «fiona bean,» and the name for the shop was born!

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Julie Tyrrell started the fiona bean brand in 2005, when her daughter Fiona was about 1 year old. The first fiona bean location was in a tiny storefront on the outskirts of town. A few years later, the shop moved into Savannah Faire, a long-​time favorite crafter’s mall in downtown Grants Pass. When the opportunity came to move into a storefront on G St. (the ‘hotspot’ of downtown), Julie joined forces with Anne Lopez, and opened fiona bean quirky elegance.

The goal of the shop has always been to provide high-​quality, reasonably-​priced gifts and décor… but above all, a cozy, warm atmosphere where our customers can relax and feel pampered with the best customer service ever. The fiona bean motto is: «Come in and have fun!»

Right before Christmas of 2014, fiona bean began carrying Rita Ltd. Edition clothing and accessories; a collection of hot-​off-​the-​rack apparel straight from L.A.
