If I could select 0 stars, I would. BUYER BEWARE!!! We paid Turning Leaf and they didn’t pay their vendors and subs for our project so we ended up with multiple mechanics liens. Not until the vendors threatened to start foreclosure proceedings on us did they FINALLY pay their bills (nearly 6 mos after the work was done). We had to have another company come in and fix a bunch of the work they did. The owner had no idea what was going on on our project and was not aware of what his crew had and had not complete. Turning Leaf invoices for services not yet performed (which is illegal), there is little to no supervision of the crew, and maintained minimal staffing on our very large project.
