The owner Cricket is the perfect person in regards to your perfect table setting. I highly recommend this gorgeous store. Cricket will work with your ideas to make a beautiful table setting that is all yours! The Clay Corner is also the perfect place to purchase a gift for a wedding or any special occasion that requires a gift that will be cherished.

I was a regular customer, and I used to spend a lot of money here — NO MORE. Cricket the owner lied to me; she tried to pull a fast one over a LARGE special order. SHE ordered the wrong items, and instead of fixing it and making it right — she got in my face about it. WHO DOES THIS? She also likes to whine about how «business is bad» to get you to feel sorry for her… and then she will whine about what credit card you use, and give you a story about how «they» rip her off. I caught on to her act after she tried to rip me off BIGTIME. I have NEVER returned, and I do NOT recommend her store to anyone. I felt totally taken advantage of by the owner, and I shall NEVER patronize her store again. EVER!

I found the best pottery shop in the area today — The Clay Corner in the Quarry Ponds Towne Center in Granite Bay. It’s worth the drive. Cricket, the owner, hand picks all the pieces. I’ve purchased pottery all over and she has the best selection of unique, lead-​free pieces I’ve seen in California. I’ll be heading back to pick up some pieces to give as wedding gifts this summer. Bonus — most of the pieces are microwave and oven safe and there’s free gift wrap!
