History

Established in 1995.

To start on Loder Construction Inc.‘s history, one must look at the end of another legendary company. After building major malls all over the nation, the mega builder, The TrizecHahn Company, left California and soon dissolved. Very few of the all-​star builders that constituted office and workforce for the company remained in the state. Ron Loder Jr. is one of the only people that was a driving force in the office and in the field that remained in Sacramento and started what is now Loder Construction Inc.

He started small, but using many of his contacts from his 20 years with the Hahn Company, he finished many of the loose ends left to the malls and other projects. The hard worked paid off when, he landed the buildout for the iconic Hard Rock Café, Sacramento. Using his building knowledge, Ron has built his own company to be a force in the commercial construction industry not only in Malls, but also in all retail, medical, dental, office, athletic facilities and restaurants.
