ATOG Construction Management

By far the best contractors sent to my house by my property management company. They are always on time for their appointments and Justin does a great job communicating. Whenever I buy a house, they will be the first place I call when I need some work done. They not only just fix the problem, but they do more than asked and then follow up later on to ensure that the customer is happy with the finished product.

These are our go to guys for both small and large job, Justin is an honest, hardworking contractor and between him and his two workers, they can handle any size job. We have a business with an office up in Sac and have used them for a variety of emergencies, have no problem recommending them!

ATOG was called out to our insurance claim damage by out rental management company. Justin communicated very well, was always available and went the extra mile for us. We did get a competing bid and they were about 25% less on a $ 11,000 repair. They did a whole bunch of extra stuff with excellent follow up.
Overall the quality of their work was very very good. They did a bunch of dry wall, taping and texture, cabinet and tile reset, paint and patch and coordinated plumbing and trash removal. They also cleaned up the appliances, replaced the microwave and painted the inside of the cabinets. Our home, damaged by a water leak in the attic, almost looks better than before!
