Visit Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Mishawaka, Indiana. Whether it’s a romantic steak dinner for two, a business meeting or a private party, Ruth’s Chris Steak House can accommodate your needs. This 11,400-square-foot restaurant, which features warm red and gold tones, rich wood and a 3,000-bottle wine cellar, is unique to the South Bend area. The exterior of the restaurant features cultured stone towers, window bays and a wood pergola over an outdoor dining area. The beautifully decorated interior can accommodate over 300 people, including eight private dining rooms. The main bar area features four flat-screen TVs and three private booths with their own individual televisions. Patrons in the Mishawaka area can enjoy New Orleans-inspired appetizers, Prime steaks, fresh seafood and classic desserts, all complemented by an award-winning wine list. Ruth’s Chris offers a comfortable yet chic atmosphere, and it is a perfect way to end a time-honored Notre Dame Football weekend.
History
Established in 1965.
The Ruth’s Chris Steak House legacy began when Ruth Fertel mortgaged her home for $ 22,000 to purchase the «Chris Steak House,» a 60-seat restaurant located in New Orleans, Louisiana. More than 40 years later, our success continues to be driven by our adherence to Ruth’s core values, which are to deliver the highest-quality food, beverages, and service in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Today, there are more than 130 Ruth’s Chris Steak House restaurants, including 19 international franchisee-owned restaurants in China, Mexico, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Tokyo, Aruba, and Canada.
