History

Established in 2008.

Artist/​Owner Jamie Helman opened the retail doors to Orange Tree in September of 2008 after establishing a customer base over 8 years from her private art studio, The Potter’s House. Along with her own work, Orange Tree has evolved from representing artists from US and Canada, to providing quality baby and children’s apparel and women’s fashion accessories to the Michiana community and beyond. The merchandise is fresh, affordable and stylish!

Jamie is a local member of the South Bend/​Elkhart/​Mishawaka community and active in many organizations outside of Orange Tree. A member of Granger Community Church, and supporter of numerous projects and charitable organizations, Jamie unceasingly contributes merchandise and gift certificates to various groups.
