This place is incredibly slow. I’ve never seen more than three people working at this location no matter the time of day. This has been the case as long as I’ve worked nearby. If management doesn’t care enough to have enough help I don’t care enough to go back.

Worst Sonics well fast food restaurant I have ever been to. I have been here a few times before writing this review. I have had servers that were polite and rude. I have seen police dealing with an employee from some unknown issue. Every Time I have been here it has been a comically amount of time to wait for poorly prepared food. It usually looks like a fun house inside the building itself. They get 1 star since the ice cream blasts are usually not too bad.(When they are not out of something) I would not recommend anyone waste the time in your life to actually get food here.

Very rude servers. On top of that I went to order 5 drinks today, no food at all, They weren’t seeking slushes today So couldn’t order what I wanted. It took 4 minutes to order because I was nearly having to tell at the speaker. But the cherry on top, was that it took 17 minutes For my drinks to come out. It wasn’t even busy there.

Never in my life have I been to a fast food restaurant and was denied service during open hrs. I drove through the the drive thru and went to order and no one responded. I waited for 5 mins then drove around again. a car in front of me was able to give their order and pull away, when I pulled up again there was no answer. So I thought I would pull into one of the open spots. when in pushed the button to order a got an insanely rude reply of «whatchu want!?» Clearly at that point I realized that for some bizarre reason they clearly did not want to serve me. I put my order in and again I got no response at all. I didn’t give them one reason to be some outrageously rude to me and was completely taken back by it. I knew this place wasn’t the best of sonics around town but now I know it’s clearly the worst. hands down. I wish I could rate this zero stars.

If you go late in the evening they only have the drive through open. We have had to wait 30 minutes for two drinks, not sure why we didn’t just leave. Good service when fully staffed, but we stopped going there after the 30 min wait.

This was by far the worst experience at any food service! My wife accidently went in the parking lot the wrong way and one of the employees put his hands up and looked at us like we were stupid and made rude comments towards us… my wife tried turning around and get going the correct direction and they laughed at her so we parked I’m the drive Inn and pushed the button so she could place her order and the guy on the intercom who put his hands up and stared us down started messing with my wife on the intercom mocking her and you could hear them laughing and as that’s happening another group of employees were sitting down right by us and they began looking shaking their heads and laughing… we just backed out and drove off! I called to make a complaint with the customer service line and they gave me the typical response, «we apologize for this sir» they told me that a manager would be returning my call tomorrow I am not thrilled to speak to a manager because I couldn’t believe that a good manager would hire such disrespectful employees. Horrible Horrible experience! I dont even want to give them a star I wish you could do negative stars. Pathetic!!!

My 2 year old could do a better job than the people that work at Sonics! They are sooo slow and my order is always wrong. Awful. Oh and let’s not forget they charge for water too.

Long story short: Another good ol’ Sonic. Actually, I probably like this one least out of all the Sonic’s I ‘ve been to. Long story long: As I’ve mentioned many times, I love Sonic. I don’t know what it is about it, but I just do. I haven’t been to a Sonic that I didn’t like, but there’s something about this one that is just… I mean, it’s in Grandview, so maybe that’s it? HAHA, seriously… Grandview is a little ghetto. I’ve been to this one several times, so I’ve gotten several items, but my usual go to items have been the double bacon cheeseburger, tots, and a strawberry limeade. I also will more times than not get a CroisSONIC breakfast sandwich, chicken strips, or the chicken strip sandwich. I’ve never had a problem at this Sonic, but usually I don’t ever have a problem at Sonic. I mean, this one is right across the street from IHOP’s FCF Auditorium which as a IHOPU student, am at several times a week. It’s actually dangerous that way, haha. My love for Sonic will never die.
