We are a direct lender and have been approved as a seller and servicer by the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) and the Government National Mortgage Association (Ginnie Mae). We operate as a Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Direct Endorsement Lender and a Veterans Administration (VA) authorized underwriter. We hold a loan portfolio of over $ 400 million. Our wholesale division includes a full underwriting, secondary, shipping and delivery department.

We are currently licensed in 37 states and hold membership in several other state and local industry organizations, including The National Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association (MMLA), the Western Michigan Mortgage Lender Association (WMMLA)The Better Business Bureau (with an «A+» rating) and Lenders One Association.

VanDyk Mortgage is a privately owned National Mortgage Banker and Broker headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We have a second corporate location in the Tampa Bay, Florida area. Our company was organized in 1987 by founder and CEO Thomas L. VanDyk.
