This service center is conveniently located near my home, so when my car needed a valve cover gasket replaced I decided to give them a try. Approximately $ 700 later, my car was ready and returned to me. When I started the engine, the car was shuddering violently, but running. Cursing, I headed off to class which started in a few minutes. After the class when I explained the situation to them they agreed to «look at it». The next day I was quoted $ 425 additional to repair the damage they had inflicted on my car. This earned a hearty«No Thanks» from me. Later I was told that I could have had my valve cover repaired for significantly less. How can you give a customer back their car in that condition? Do yourself a favor and patronize a more honest business.
