History

Established in 2012.

After working in complex litigation for a number of years, the founders of The Business Law Group saw a need for West Michigan small businesses and startup companies to have affordable general counsel. In looking to fulfill this need they formed The Business Law Group that focuses on business law and being able to counsel its clients on all of their businesses’ needs at at a fraction of the cost of the larger full service firms.

Business Owner

Andrew is an attorney with an extensive background in civil litigation, business matters, franchise law, sports and entertainment law and landlord-​tenant matters. He has helped dozens of businesses and individuals with variety of issues from starting up a new business venture to collecting debts to contract drafting and negotiations to general counsel to drafting and reviewing franchise agreements to evictions.

Andrew is passionate about helping to develop business and growth in the West Michigan community particularly startup and entrepreneurial businesses. His wide array of skills allow for him to help any kind of a business grow and prosper without having to incur the high costs of a larger firm or having to pay for an in-​house attorney. Andrew takes the time to get to know his clients business and vision for the future. It is with this knowledge that Andrew zealously represents his clients and is able to develop the lifelong relationship that he has with many of them.
