Best place to buy a camper. No frills, low price guarantee. Bad place for warranty work. Our camper left with damage. If you bring yours here for warranty work, take pics when you drop it off & inspect it very carefully when you pick it up. We now have to repair our brand new camper because we were too trusting. Lesson learned. =(

worked out the deal online via email and text. had it brand new shipped my door. i couldn’t be happier with the experience. there was issue with ladder but their team made that happen too. 2 thumbs up!

Horrible place, check their reviews, they will make the sale and then not stand behind the warranty. Our purchase of a 30′ travel trailer went fine. We purchased an extended warranty, something I normally don’t do. About 1.5 years after purchase I emailed service in February to make an appointment. Never got an email back. Called in April, first available opening was mid June. Told the guy on the phone what was wrong and that I had the seven year extended warranty. He says, «none of it is covered under warranty.» I explained that I was told it covered everything, he went to check with someone else. After a few minutes he comes back on and says that everything is covered.
Drop it off in June, guess what? I’m told again that the warranty won’t cover anything that is wrong with it, so I explain my phone conversation and that I was told everything was covered. This guy walks away, comes back a few minutes later and says everything is OK, and gives me an estimate to sign that shows $ 0
Few days later I get a phone call from service, guess what? Yep, nothing is covered, it’s done, and I owe them over $ 200. One of the problems was that our black holding tanks gauge wasn’t working right. Guy on the phone said it just needed to be cleaned. When we were picking it up the girl at the counter said that the problem with the tank happens all the time. We paid, told them we weren’t happy, and left. Before I go on, I forgot to mention that when I dropped the trailer off, and when I picked it up, we could hear service people arguing with customers on the phone, about the warranty, making statements like, «did you look at your contract to see what is covered?»
So, three weeks later we go camping for the first time. Guess what? Yep, black tank sensor didn’t work right. Went from empty to full after four flushes. Same problem.
My advice, if you are looking to buy, go somewhere else. Someplace that cares about service after the sale, not just during it.

We purchased a Jayco Seneca RV from Terrytown RV last October. We love this coach but if you every need service do not be prepared to be dazzled or even get it back closed to repaired. Shortly after we purchased it we returned it for a pre-​agreed on repair list. We took it back, they had it for several weeks and NOTHING on the list was completed. It went back again and still nothing. We took 2 big trips with no cable TV and if we had not repaired ourselves would still not be repaired.
The coach comes with a 2 year warranty but believe there idea of warranty is to stall till it is out of warranty so they can then charge you for any sort of repair. Very disappointed to say the least.
The only reason I gave this a star was because we really love this motorhome. Drives nicely and diesel has lots of powers to travel through the mountains. Layout perfect and king bed a dream.
If you have ever owned a motorhome you know there are a lot of moving parts and maintenance is just part of the process but this experience has definitely been disappointing .
They are great at sales but have no idea on how to service what they sell!

Can’t believe there is not already at least one review! They sell thousands of RVs and pull behind campers!
I can honestly say best deal I could possibly find on an RV in the country — we drove up from Virginia to pick up our Sunseeker RV. Mike Fleser was very pleasant to work with, took me back to the airport to drop of our rental, they explained everything on the RV and how it works, just overall a really nice job!
We had them put a satellite on the RV, and the only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is that unit just would not work with a Direct TV receiver, so we ended up getting that from Camping World. But Terrytown was very good about this — they tried to fix it first and then refunded our money when they could not fix it!
Will buy there again if I ever get another RV!
