Business Owner

Thomas Switek was born and raised in Grand Rapids Michigan. After years of working in the wedding industry as a DJ and Photo Booth Service, he was able to connect with other wedding venders to create wedding packages which ultimately lower the prices for our costumers. Switek Entertainment started as a small wedding DJ Service and has grown into the full-​service wedding package provider it is today. Switek Entertainment now offers DJ, Photo Booth, Caricature Artists, Limousines, Catering, Photography, Uplighting and Videography. We would love be responsible for these important wedding duties while you sit back and enjoy your wedding day.

We had a great time at the wedding we attended. The DJ did a great job keeping the party dancing. He seemed to have a good understanding of what type of music the crowd wanted to hear. He even taught the group a few dances. We had a blast.

We bought a Groupon for this company and used it for our wedding reception. It was awful. The dj barely said anything and was texting on his phone the whole time. The beginning of the reception for the wedding party announcement was a disaster. He said we had an older crowd but didn’t play music to accommodate that crowd or even announce the cake cutting, dances etc more than once because no one heard him the 1st time. He seemed bored and less than thrilled to be there. I honestly thought it was the 1st show he has ever done because of how inexperienced he was. I wrote an email telling him we were unhappy and why and he didn’t think anything went wrong, naïve in the fact that even the hall staff stated how bad the dj was.
