History

Established in 1961.

Founded by Donald Seaman in 1961, Seaman’s Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Inc. started out as a repair and installation business with one truck and a lot of determination. Randy Seaman took over from his father in 1988 and, with the help of his associates, cultivated Seaman’s into an award winning HVAC/​R Company. Seaman’s continues as a family owned and operated business today and represents a company dedicated to the installation and service of top name equipment with quality workmanship.

As an industry leader in the Western Michigan Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & refrigeration market, we hold true to our core values of honesty, integrity, fairness, respect, openness and courtesy.
