Hired this guy to do an ice dam evaluation. I purchased his services thru Angies List. Despite the fact that he has my contact info through Angies List the only way he would communicate was through AL email and that was only after I asked him to communicate. .he had an excuse… getting over pnuemonia. Looked at his reviews from Angies List and they are terrible… poor communication, no shows and then excuses. Well today, after i took the day off work, he had to cancel… seems there was a family emergency. Told him to just forget it that his services would not be required he goes on to indict me on not caring about HIS emergency! Whose got time for this grade school BS. Keep something in mind as he responds to this post… like all the others that gave him an ‘F’ on Angies List he will somehow blame it on me.

Awful Customer Service. I scheduled an appointment with this company on three different occasions. They were a NO SHOW and NO CALL on all three appointments. I left messages, some were returned, some required were not. Given a poor excuse as to why they did not show up or call. Don’t know if their lack of service was because I was using a groupon or not, but either way still bad customer service on their part.
