Paul’s TV: King of Big Screen

We recently moved to Ada and are in the process of getting our new home set up so we stopped by Paul’s to explore.
Kevin was awesome in understanding our needs and suggesting solutions. We took him up on scheduling an in-​home consultation. Jeff H came out and walked us through the various options and what he would recommend to meet our needs.
Both guys were fantastic. We went back to the store and purchased all the equipment and scheduled the install for everything.
I highly recommend the personalized attention, great prices and excellent customer service from Paul’s, particularly Kevin and Jeff.

Vince Jaworowicz really walked me through all the ins and outs of the various TV’s I was looking at: LED vs LCD vs Plasma. I really appreciated his patience as I deliberated over the differences and my needs. He was very thorough and prompt with his emails in putting together the price quotes including an outline of options for upgrades. (Another salesman at another store merely scribbled some barely readable notes on the back of his business card; very unprofessional!) Most notably, when the warehouse didn’t deliver my TV when it was supposed to, Vince took ownership of the problem. He bailed out the warehouse and did the entire delivery and setup all by himself. I really appreciated his friendliness, knowledge and courtesy. And I’ll be sure to recommend Vince and Paul’s TV to others. Hey, I suppose that’s exactly what I’m doing by way of this review. Incidentally, Vince and I had never met one another prior to the day I stopped into the store. So it’s not as though I’m doing a relative or friend a favor with this review.
