History

Established in 2013.

Bruce, Mia and David met while working for another construction company. When that company closed it’s doors, they partnered together to create a business of their own vision. They brought with them the drive to do quality work, to remain committed to integrity, and the determination to provide excellent customer service.

New Leaf Construction is an employee-​owned company that practices profit sharing. That means that whether you’re dealing with Mia on the phone, David at a sales call or Bruce or any of the construction crew on the job site, you’re dealing with a member of the company, someone who has a personal stake in how we do our job. We practice teamwork and personal pride in all that we do. We seek to always improve in how we do our job, and we’d love to hear your feedback about how we’re doing.
