Let me say this is for the service department Jon in service has done a phenomenal job.
I recently moved here from California and this place is a night and day difference from my previous dealer.
Diesel service isn’t cheap but let’s give some perspective I had a oil change 12 qts and 2 fuel filters changed and the beat old dealers price by 80 dollars and my old dealer the oil change was free I paid the difference on synthetic
I had an alternator problem which was covered under warranty john made sure I had a rental it took a second visit which is fine sometimes electrical can be tricky I had to travel outside of the state I am in the military john had the truck waiting for me at my work ready to go and even offered to send a shuttle to my house which is 30 miles from the dealership
I am having aftermarket cab lights installed and during the process there were just not up to standard he made some calls to get oem lights and get it done over night and keep the price were it needed to be why not because they couldn’t or wouldn’t there were worried about wiring quality down the road
That’s what’s important making sure it gets done right and for the right reasons and working to keep it on quote
