I owned an Infiniti SUV for 10 years and always took it to Pfeiffer Infiniti for service. I did not buy my SUV new, so I don’t know about the sales side of Pfeiffer Infiniti, but the service they provide is top notch. My SUV finally had too many miles on it so I had to get a new car, which ended up being an Audi. I assumed Audi service would compare, or maybe surpass Infiniti’s service. That was not the case. I never truly appreciated the stellar service I received at Infinity until I went to another dealership for service. Audi is top of the line, but their service has not compared to Infiniti at all! I would not hesitate to buy another Infiniti in the future. I loved my vehicle and the service was beyond compare!
