If Diane Griffin were known for just one thing, it would be her «can-​do» attitude. When she sets her sights on a goal, it’s as good as done. She was the fastest promoted employee at her very first job simply because she loves a challenge. She bought her first house at 21 and opened six café-​style restaurants before she was 30. She enjoys having several projects going at once so she runs marathons, renovates homes and collects art in her spare time.

While earning her degree in communications and public relations, Diane learned a very important lesson about herself: she realized that the busier she was, the more she was able to accomplish. There was evidence that Diane was a great multi-​tasker as early as high school, when she was participating in tennis, soccer, swimming and horseback riding. For most people, that would be too much. For Diane, it was just a sign of great things to come.
