regardless of the fact that they told me it was going to take 1.5 hours to come get me before I persuaded them to help me asap since I was stranded and in the middle of the road… the man was extremely nice! He was very helpful and patient. It was extremely cold and a tough job but he did it all with a smile. Excellent service!

Driver was on scene before eta. A call ahead from him or dispatch (as promised by AAA) would have been nice, since AAA app issued incorrect address by gps. Good thing driver was observant and saw us in the parking lot of auto zone. He gets a 10.
