Extremely helpful! I flew into GR at midnight and not only were they there, the car was warm and the driver very understanding and offered me to stop and get me food. The office staff was efficient and pleasant. Very reassuring that someone will be there.
I highly recommend 5 star Limousine and have given them 5 stars.

Rented a 12 person Limo from Five Star for my Daughters Wedding. It arrived without working Air Conditioning. When the 12 adult passengers reported the problem to the driver he responded «well if we weren’t making so many stops, we might get a better breeze.» No other vehicle was offered. The vents were checked by the passengers and were blowing Hot Air, the driver checked and stated the air wasn’t working. I called Jeff on Monday to explain the situation and he argued it Was working, even though all passengers stated the vents blew hot air. Jeff states that it was actually a 14 person Limo but that because it was 90 degrees and there were 12 people in the Limo it was not expected that it would cool in the vehicle. I asked for a refund of half my fee/​driver gratuity ($ 600)and Jeff stated that was not going to happen. He stated he would give me $ 150 dollars if I signed a paper stating I was happy with the service and the resolution to the issue. I said I was not happy with either and he said, «then you get nothing» and hung up.
