This place is run by Joel Langlois, the kind of «man» whose ego is so fragile that would have a local radio icon and pillar of the community fired over some harmless ribbing. Don’t give a sad little man your business. Don’t ever go to the Deltaplex. Let this place go bankrupt so sad little Joel can experience unemployment too.

Loved seeing the Grand Rapids Drive here. No lines to the bar, even on 1 $beer night. Got to see some great basketball and even won a few bucks on a scratch off lottery ticket that I won there. I even got to see brandon Jennings from the pistons play a few games back.

Came here on Halloween to see Bassnectar. The show itself was amazing. But the staff was so unorganized and made things very confusing. As we were going in they split the girls up from the boys so after me and one of my girlfriends got in we had to wait almost about an hour on the boys we were with. Missed the opening acts. My ticket was downloaded on my phone and the elderly gentleman (bless his heart) couldn’t figure out how to scan my ticket so just let me in anyway. Not sure why I even bothered to pay for a ticket now. Very unorganized

I came here on Halloween with my wife to see bassnectar !!! You would think after paying $ 60 a person I would get treated with some respect… No, no not at all… I was told I had to wait in another line while my wife waited in an another line and she had to wait 35 mins for me… Call that a successful date Night, the owner of this shit hole clearly never took anyone on a date before… Im extremely embarrassed and will never return to this shit hole again, this would have been embarrassing if I was 16, let alone married on a date

The Drive Basketball game there was awesome! There were lots of places to park. The concession stands were very well managed.

Ye gods, the horror. Attended GR Comic Con there, massive crowds caused us to wait in our car for over an hour just to get into the parking lot (ridiculous mismanagement), same gridlock trying to get out, just plain awful.
The facility itself looks run down, dumpy, seriously low rent. Not nearly enough space for the thousands of people foot traffic during the event Saturday, wall to wall people creeping at glacial pace. Food lines were interminable, was dripped on by air conditioning units repeatedly, could not wait to get out of there.

I can’t begin to explain how bush league this place is. Doors at 6:30 show at 7:30. We showed up at 7:45 and doors haven’t opened yet. There’s thousands of people freezing in 30 degree weather. When doors finally open around 8 they have like 4 security and ticket staff to get everyone in so it takes another 40 minutes to get inside. Instead of being apologetic to the people they just kept waiting outside freezing for two hours security and staff were rude. Parking = disaster. Getting drinks = disaster. Bathroom = god awful disaster. Preparedness for big shows = world class disaster.
Someone please get rid of this $hit hole.
