Clarion Inn & Suites Airport

Booked with this hotel due to wanting a jacuzzi room for a special weekend away with my husband. First night was great, breakfast in the morning was okay. We left the room at 4pm to go out for the day. When we returned around midnight we found our room flooded. Called front desk and they said all the jacuzzi rooms flooded during the day from melting snow. They would not let us stay in the room and moved us to a different room. I stated I was very upset, my reason for staying in a hotel was for the jacuzzi. They did comp us for the night which I appreciate, but I wish they would have called when they found the problem so we could have found a different hotel.

I got this hotel thru Priceline Deal Express. It was listed as a 3 star hotel. It was not. The hotel may have qualified as 3 star but it definitely did not have the feel of a 3 star. The clientele that was staying there was no the normal crowd that stays at a normal 3 star. Loud, non-​business type, and running the halls. Trucks backing up with beeping during the night.
It was just not a good experience. I will never stay there again.

Very nice accommodations for the price. Refrigerator and microwave in the suite plus Complimentary breakfast and light dinner on a weekday were unexpected perks. Rollaway brought to the room and extra towels quickly and without question. Pool was nice and staff were friendly. Clean.

Visit here and live here, never disappoint, that’s what I want, clean and comfortable like home

Very happy with our stay here. Price was great for two room suite. Clean and spacious. Will stay again.

The other reviewers here are giving this place bad reviews because they used priceline to book it and priceline didn’t give them what they expected.
It is as good as it gets for an economy hotel!
Spacious bedroom, great complimentary hot breakfast, flat screen tv’s in the room. I heard there were serving dinner but I didn’t get a chance to try it .
I wish it had more power outlets to plug in electronics… there was only one on the nightstand.

I agree with some of the other post on here, I also felt a little mislead by Priceline. According to them it is a three star hotel, but it felt like more of a two star hotel.
Our experience here started out fine. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable enough, the air conditioning worked fine, and the check in service was nice. At first our only complaint was that the toilet in the bathroom kept making a relatively loud noise, almost as if it had not been flushed properly. The free breakfast was what you would expect for a free breakfast, but hey I guess a free breakfast is better than no breakfast.
On our second night at the hotel the room right across from ours was having a very loud party and were smoking so our hotel room also smelled like smoke which is not supposed to be allowed in the hotel. My boyfriend went to the front desk to complain about the noise level and the smell of smoke. The staff told us they would go check it out and take care of it, which they did, but it did not work.
The people in the room across from us continued making noise and then to top it off our neighbors were also being extremely loud. We called the front desk several times to complain about the noise level and each time they told us that they would put an end to it, but it did not work. We were not able to get to bed until around 2am when all the noise finally stopped.
I understand that the hotel guest making noise that late at night were not very considerate of their neighbors, but I also feel like it was the hotels responsibility to make sure all of their guest felt comfortable, but that didn’t happen. It was the hotels responsibility to take control of the situation, but they definitely did not have the upper hand.
The only reason I give this hotel two stars is because of the free wifi that was provided and because despite everything else, the hotel room itself actually felt clean.

Our stay here was fine. The room did smell so strongly of smoke that we had to change rooms. It was quiet and fine for our road trip although I would not give it three stars we got the room on priceline and did feel a bit mislead by the star rating. I would say it is a clean motel on the main strip that is more like a 2 star. We slept through the free breakfast but the bed was comfy.
