Meet the Business Owner
Mark M.
Business Owner
Mark has been in the restaurant business for over 25 years. Received his BA from MSU in Finance and a Culinary Degree from GRCC. For the past 13 years he has been the owner and Executive Chef of Marco — New American Bistro. A love for the business and fresh, healthier fare led to him opening Bliss & Vinegar the spring of 2015.
