The customer service was 5star plus, outstanding. I was in an accident 2 years ago and had my car repaired at an Abra in Illinois. The paint on the bumper started to peel. Having since moved to MI I came to this location and they repainted my bumper free of charge as warranty work and even gave me a loaner car to use. They had trouble matching it at first, and noticed it themselves and informed me before I noticed (I’m not sure I would have ever noticed this because it was so subtle and had to be in the right light to see the difference). They corrected this no questions asked. superb experience here.
