These are awesome people! My parents had a main line stoppage issue, and they could not use any of their restrooms. After most places told them that they were unsure if they could get someone out in time, they called Steve. Steve came out in less than an hour, and he fixed it without hesitation. The price was reasonable, and he was a pleasant guy! Please don’t hesitate to use them… you won’t regret it!

I had Josh from Steve Hatcher sewer & drain service repair a copper plumbing line that was in the concrete slab. I had another plumber from a different company totally screw up the soldering with the wrong type solder. Josh had to re-​do all the plumbing with silver solder, he did a first class job for a fair reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this company, Josh has over 20 years plumbing experience, if you have plumbing problems, ask for Josh for your repair person.

Tech was very professional… however, I was quoted a price for «repair» I opted to «replace» due to age of unit… was NEVER told cost would be different and was hit with a $ 734 Bill for less than 2 hours of time! Love to be told no one would do for $ 138 and hour… and I wasn’t actually charged for everything! Spoke with owner, and although he disagreed with me… agreed to reduce charges. I appreciated the response and follow-​up call from his Ofc manager confirming charges.
