Not sure why it takes too long for the drive thru to deliver the drinks in a timely manner, upper management should take a look at this issue, it happens at different times throughout the day, so rush hour is not to blame. Overall I do like this coffee place.

My go to place on my drill weekends for caffeine. The downside is they run out of the protein bistro boxes(that I love!), hardly ever any parking that fits my truck, and hard to get in and out of depending on traffic.

I will stop off at this location now and then on way to work or from work. Haven’t had a bad experience yet. Done both drive through and inside. I like the Starbucks locations that are there own building. Place always seems clean to me, and I love the smell. Good selection of treats. Friendly Baristas. My only complaint is getting to the place. It is a BITCH trying to get across traffic. Can be horrible during busy times. Sitting in the middle lane waiting for a break in the traffic or for people to let you across. It’s why I only gave 3 stars, for Location and headache trying to get there most times. I’ll have to remember to get a better pic of the store next time. One they got up now is Hella dark.

If I’m headed to Dallas on 30 this is the drive through I will use. It’s the easiest to access from the highway and it’s generally very fast. They haven’t screwed up an order and the staff is friendly most of the time.

I like that the location of this starbucks is in a plaza with many more stores surrounding it, but it’s outdoor seating doesn’t have the best view– just a large street of noisy traffic.

Slow and deaf is what u get at this location. They must not be accustomed to a fast pace here. Its great that they have a drive thru but it would have been easier and faster to walk in at Starbucks at Target. I showed my phone with app at the window stating I had a free drink, they charged me anyway.

I prefer local, 2nd wave coffee shops, but at least with Starbucks, you know what you are going to get.

Restrooms were filthy… absolutely disgusting. I usually never have a problem with Starbucks but in addition to the restrooms and floors being dirty and messed up my order.

This location is my traffic jam/card-playing location. I typically come here when there’s a big accident on 30 on the way to work. It’s the perfect place to caffeine up and give the traffic a moment to die down. They keep the place constantly clean and have a very nice outdoor area to sit as well. On a number of occasions I was able to sit back and relax for half an hour enjoy cuppa coffee get some work done on the laptop and then continue on the way into work. The mixes are the standard star bucks plan and they understand the difference between regular and lite ice. One of the differences of this location is that they actually maintain a level of decorum with regards to their patrons. What I mean by this is that when on two occasions people were becoming overly boisterous staff came over and asked them to be a little bit quieter due to the remainder of the population attending the business. This is what differentiates a five star from a four star location, as the food is the same, and service typically a differentiator for a three to a four star. When a restaurant sets the standard and then encourages others to adhere to that standard it makes a real difference in the desirability to utilize that location more often.

Of every coffee shop I have ever gone, from California to florida, this place has the slowest internet I have ever seen. I frequent many places to study, relax and get some work done and if this is what you’re looking for then I suggest you look elsewhere. If you’re looking for your tea or coffee fix then it’s ok. They got my order right.

Great Service with a smile and a chat since we are visiting this Starbucks on a regular basis they get to know you and remember you! And they hardly ever run out of anything which is a big plus! Had very bad luck in the past with other locations where they ran out of sandwiches and other food items before lunch time… I think that all the other locations should come and checkout what this staff and their manager is doing right because it works!!! Well Done!

This Starbucks is right off of I-30 and Beltline and it has a drive-thru. It can be quite difficult to get to during rush hour in the morning if you’re headed south on Beltline and trying to make a left. They can be a tad bit slow some days, but always friendly, my drinks are always right, and sometimes they give out free samples! One afternoon I got 2 different food samples within 5 minutes! Mmmm… caramel pecan sticky buns. Also, this Starbucks has a special summer menu and they’re offering the bananas caramel foster Frappucino(or caramel bananas foster, whichever way it goes) which I’ve not seen at any of the other Starbucks locations. Try it out!

During my college years, I stopped by this Starbucks almost every day because it was on the way from Irving to Arlington straight on I-30. It’s got a drive-thru and they are pretty quick about making drinks and most of the time they get the orders right. Starbucks is usually my last resort now, the espresso it usually pretty bitter and the only non-dairy milk is soy milk which is meh. The only coffee I believe is worth raving about is their Pike Place Roast. There’s a gated patio, and a few tables on the inside. Not an ideal place to stay for awhile because it gets loud and crowded. The baristas can be obnoxious; sometimes they goof around instead of taking care of their customers and it makes you think, DAMN, I should’ve drove to Mochalux.

Its a nice atmosphere but its usually always full to where there’s no more seats. Also good luck trying to get out during rush hour. Overall the drinks are still made amazingly.
