Sonic

I came here with some friends. We ordered the boneless chicken wings in four flavors … Garlic Parmesan, island fire, bbq, and buffalo. It wasn’t until we got home that we realized that they messed up our flavors. Instead of the garlic parmesan, they gave us the Asian chili which wouldn’t have been bad if the Asian chili was good. Even though I already didn’t have high expectations since it was a fast food place, this was really subpar. There was too much breading and hardly any chicken. Not only that but the sauces were blah. The island fire had no kick to it. The bbq was way too sweet. The Asian chili just tasted bad. The buffalo sauce was way too tangy. I think I will just stick to the drinks when coming to sonic.

Stopped by yesterday morning on our way to the Cowboy game. Food was good like always, but they were a bit understaffed, so it took a while for our food to come out.

One of the worst experience I’ve ever had with a so called manager… I went to this sonic when they opened at 6 and I was waiting for them at the drive threw but no one ever came to take my order. After ten mins or so the manager «Ashle» gets on saying the grill isn’t working and she won’t be able to take my order. So I asked why she kept me waiting so long just to tell me that when she should have been on at exactly 6 to say she was experiencing difficulty with the grill… she told me «how am I supposed to get to the headset if the grill isn’t working» long story short we end up getting into an argument. if your a manager and can’t keep your cool with and angry customer you need a new job. extremely rude to argue with a customer telling me no when I asked for a receipt with the printed corporate number and mangers name. Apparently the corporate number they give out to upset customer is «1−800-go-sonic» which is actually different then the one I got from the website «1−866-ok-sonic»

Convenient but food was poorly made. My burger was WAY too salty and literally dry and crispy, corn dogs soggy inside too. Staff was nice though. It wasn’t a very big sonic either on a busy day people are circling for spots. Maybe they should put in a drive through!

This Sonic has really friendly staff members! The food is fine — certainly not the best Sonic I’ve been to, but far from the worst. Try the Ultimate Meat & Cheese Breakfast Burrito — it’s your entire combo rolled up into one convenient tortilla.

When all else fails and we’re not sure where to eat for fast food, just a hop, skip, and a jump away is Sonic. Try the Bacon Cheeseburger Toaster with onion rings, it’s really good.
Most recently we tried an oreo cheesecake shake, the pretzel cheese dog, and the turtle molten cake sunday. The pretzel cheese dog was the best. We really couldn’t taste too much oreo or cheesecake in the shake, and the texture of the cake in the sundae was a little off, it should have been moister. Sonic still takes a while to get the orders out, but at least they’re always accurate!
