I will never be coming back to this office. The technicians and doctor was very unprofessional and unorganized!
I arrived at the office and was not greeted at the front desk. It took maybe 5 min. for the front desk staff to acknowledge I even existed. While taking my history, the technician asked me very personal questions loudly in front of other patients and other technicians. It was very embarrassing. I was then moved into at least 5 different rooms while waiting for the doctor. After finally seeing the doctor about 2 hours later, she wanted to reschedule me for the main reason I was there (which was for a Pap smear and a refill on my birth control). I told her I took the day off of work to be there and did not want to take off of work again. Reluctantly, she did the exam. She seemed to be very inexperienced, as the exam was painful and caused me to bleed (which has never happened before). I have had at least 5 other vaginal exams in the past. This was by far the worse experience. Oh, and I had to tell the technician to change out the dirty paper on the exam table.

Dr. Adila is the worst doctor in the whole dfw metroplex. All she care about is money. I paid $ 80 visit fee just to be seen for less than 5 minutes. I had to wait for 40 minutes even though, I made an appointment. She lied to me when she told me that she wrote the prescription for the whole year. When I called the pharmacy, they told me it says no refill after 3 months. When I called her, she told me to come back to her office if I want the med for the next 3 months. So that she could charge me $ 80 again.
