We’ve used these guys for years and have always been satisfied with the work. Friendly, personable and capable.

Not only do I use Patrick exclusively for all my heating and A/​C needs; I also recommend him to friends & family. He has maintained and renovated 3 houses for me so far. In a day when customer service is tough to find, he stands by his work with professionalism. I feel like he treats every project like its his own house. 5 stars are NOT enough.

Went to a house in a gated community after eating lunch at 10:15 AM so we would not have to leave the Irving area and we could make our 11:30 appt. Upon arriving at the gate I was told that I was not on the list and the guard would have to call the home owner. We waited for him to complete his business and he informed us that the owner was not answering and didn’t know what to tell us. We were in line holding up other people so I told my co worker to call our next appt and point us to Ft Worth. We drove away. The home owner called our office number and left 2 messages chastising us for not waiting and not calling. The guard had already called. People forget appointments all the time and we re schedule. So I figured we had been forgotten. After contacting our next call to let them know we could get there early I could not just turn around and go back. Unfortunate turn of events. Patrick S Kelly.

Unfortunately I can say I have an «air conditioner guy» because my equipment is old but Patrick and his guys have always been responsive and treated me fair. When we got to the point of needing to replace a unit in our home, Patrick fully explained the options and wasn’t pushy and trying to sell me something; instead he let me buy what I felt was best for our home and budget. Repair service has been prompt and reasonable. I recommend you give him a call.
