Long wait. Cluttered area. Sub par massage chairs. Most were old and rickety. Pedi was great. Second lady did my gel mani while in the pedi chair. It made my back hurt from twisting so she could do my nails. Its an ok place. But I’m looking for somewhere to go on a consistent basis. This isn’t it.

Horrible service, manager has no manners to talk with customers. Pedicure are mediocre, old color still shows after they finished. Paint all over the nails. UNACCEPTABLE.

This place use to do quality work, but it has since gone down the toilet hole! I remember I had some good experience here 2 years ago, but not anymore. I came back twice in one week– once to get a pedi and came back to finish my mani before leaving for vacation. I brought my own polish both times. The pedi experience was mediocre, lasted over an hour, and the lady was sneezing and coughing all over the place. I felt a little better when she put her guard mask on. I come back 2 days later to get my mani and another lady did it. Clearly from my picture, she did a horrible job. Polish on my skin and too lazy to clean it off. When getting a mani, they ask you to pay first so you don’t mess up your nails. I tipped well and she still didn’t do my nails well. I will not be coming back.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but this was a special experience. I’ve never been super satisfied by the service here but I come when time is short because it’s close to home. Today, I was awkwardly greeted with blank stares from three different nail technicians and no one spoke to me for the first few minutes. Finally I was directed to «sit over there». My visit with Kathy was nice. She is very sweet and apologizes for her rude manager. She used a gel polish that didn’t set completely and an hour after I left it started peeling up. I called the shop and told the man, the owner I guess, what happened. He told me to come in so they could fix it. When I arrived, he told one of the women something in a different language and she tended to me. He then blamed me for coming in when they were closing. He was mad that I didn’t call earlier after my appointment… But it had JUST happened, or I would have called earlier. He persisted to tell me I should have called earlier because they were closing. An older woman started buffing the gel polish off and repainting it without putting a base coat down. When I pulled my hands out of the uv light, it was bubbled and rough. She showed the man and he spoke in their language, waving his hands in a way that communicated he just wanted me out of there and he didn’t care anymore. So he tells me they can’t fix it and that they are closed, that he will give me my money back but I need to go.(With the awful bubbled, half buffed off paint job). I insisted that they take the ugly polish off because I leave at 8am the next morning for a ten day work trip out of state and I cannot work like this. The man takes the cash back to the register and the women proceed to wrap my fingers in foil and apologize. The polish comes off. Kathy(who originally helped me), was very sweet and finished removing all of the color. The man brings the cash back and walks away without eye contact or an apology. She said he was going to be very mad at her even though it wasn’t her fault. I’ve heard horror stories of what these women put up with. Please be gentle with them, even if you have to critique their service, do it with love. Oh, and don’t got to Luxury Nails and Spa in Grand Prairie unless it’s to protest their poor business practices.

I love the workers here they are all super friendly to me. I usually come here for a wax & I enjoy their pedicures. I wish they had a better selection and quality of nail polishes. My main complaint is if you do not know who can do nails there beware! Twice the same older lady(i think her name is linda, I know just my luck) did my acrylic nails and she cuts me a lot! I have a high pain tolerance. I even said ouch! Pulled my hands away. I refuse to get any acrylics done there I’ll just stick with my pedis and wax.

My first experience will be my last… went in for a simple polish change on my toes & nails. Simple right !!! My nail tech didn’t seem to be having a very good day. She did little to make me feel welcome or like she even wanted to be there. I had to repeat several times that I wanted both my nails and toes done. As she«completed» my nails I made her aware of bare spots left on the side of 2 of my nails. She seem frustrated that I even pointed that out but filled them in anyway. After drying under the lamps, I noticed several bubbles on my thumbs and other fingers. She claimed I bumped my finger creating the bubble. She polished over the bubbles but the next day I noticed again that more nails were bubbled up. Needless to say I am not going back to get them to corrected. My polish usually lasts several days before it will begin to chip. This polish job chipped almost immediatley. Do not waste your time or money.

I have been coming to this salon for about a year and I’m always happy. I got the smooth soles pedicure and gel on my toes. This was probably the best pedicure I’ve ever had. She paid attention to all the details and since the salon was not busy, she really took her time taking care of me. It was fantastic. Can get a little pricey but definitely worth it.

I have been here a couple of times and each time I have noticed things-like how the staff talked about the customers and their children-one staff member called a child ‘dum dum’ and the other workers laughed. I have went to the back to have my eyebrows waxed and set my purse on the adjacent chair. Well, this young worker came along and sat in the chair and put my purse in her lap and she made remarks in a real ugly tone to the lady that was doing my eyebrows. I opened up my eyes and she just smiled at me and tells me that she can hold my purse for me-I have cash on the side pocket. I told her thanks but no thanks and she walks off and says something in whatever language they speak. I don’t like the customer service. I would stay away. Their nail work is mediocre. It depends on who you get. I do like the way the lady did my eyebrows but I won’t be back.

My cuticles were cut and I was bleeding. The manicurist continued like nothing was happening. The pedicure was pedestrian and she didn’t even cover my entire nail. I have to have a mani/pedi to repair the mani/pedi that they did. Never again.

I went as a treat from my mother for my birthday. The service was okay, my nails were not. The woman giving me my manicure cut my cuticles about 3 times. The polish was chipped the next day. The polish was applied unevenly and looked like a child did it. I enjoyed the time with my mother and refused to let the service bring me down. The pedicure with the hot stones was great, but other than spending time with my mom I didn’t enjoy it too much. I wouldn’t recommend it.
