DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL ATTORNEY! I talked to her paralegal and was assured my modification would be won hands down with all my proof to back the modification and a witness to back me too. I never saw Ellen until my ex lawyered up. She never asked for history on my case. I was told she would fight for me, but once my ex lawyered up the fight was gone. If it is not an easy win for her (no other attorney to battle with) she basically gives up and starts treating you, the client, like trash. She belittles you and wants nothing more than to be done with you. Stay away from her!
