My visit did not start as great as other Jiffy Lube visits. This was my first time as this location. No one met me at the car as usual so I had to go into the garage to talk to someone. He seemed rather annoyed too. Then had me go back to my car to pull it up to the garage but had me take it to the wrong section. The oil change took 25 minutes from when my car was in the garage. Christopher was helping me during the check out process. He texted on his phone the whole time, and made it seem as if I was an inconvenience to his day. When I presented my groupon he was agitated that I didn’t let the guy that took the car know. I’ve always presented the groupon at the end when I go to my usual place with no issue. There were other issues I had with him but I’ll stop. Overall a very bad experience and wouldn’t recommend this location. I will never return to it.

I love jiffy lube! The staff is always courteous. When I drive up someone greets me before I even open the for. Actually, they open the door for me. Then they walk me to the waiting area and open the door there. They offer coffee, and water. There is also a coke machine. Groupon always has specials for oil changes too!

I loved everything about this place with the exception of the high prices, but when you are in a rush, it is worth paying more for the sake of convenience. I will definitely be back.

Great service, nice friendly staff, and so quick! Got an oil change in about 20 mins. A little pricey but worth it. The only con was the waiting area.

Do NOT get your car inspected here, they will fail you for your tint. Also, do not get your oil changed here either, their prices are way too high.
