Service was good, got a good deal on some carpet. I was looking for laminate flooring. Salesman recommended MONSTERFLOORINGSALE in Arlington. Man he was right. I saved a pretty penny. The manager Robert was very helpful and even delivered my product a day early. Definitely worth going to check out.

Not an outlet store-​at least for tile. I didn’t look at carpet. I wasted my time driving there. Floor and Décor is SO much cheaper just right down 360. I wouldn’t be leaving a 1 star review just for pricing though. I did not receive ANY help while I was there. In fact, not even a hello.

In Jan 09 I moved cross country into a foreclosed home that needed all new carpet. I needed someone with almost instant availability. Not only was Geds priced lower than most others, their crew accomodated me by coming over at 9PM only one or two days later to install carpet the night before the movers showed up. They did an absolute amazing job.
A couple of days later I noticed a problem with the carpet in my bedroom. They had to split the piece in order for it to fit properly, and for some reason the first half didn’t quite look the same as the second half. They immediately rectified the situation and it looks fantastic now.
Almost 2 years later, there were a few areas of carpet in several rooms that were «bubbling» … in other words, they needed to be stretched. I gave Geds a call and they sent the guys over the next day; and noted it was still under warranty so there was no charge. It was the same guys who installed my carpet. I was expecting them to just stretch out the problem areas, but they ended up restretching the whole carpet in several rooms. I guess I should have expected this from them. It looks perfect again.
I would definitely recommend Geds over and over again for their stellar prices and top notch installation and service. Good customer service goes a long way in this economy.
