Well all I can say is, it isn’t like it was before. The last time I had Arby’s was years ago. I used to love Arby’s, but I found weed stems as in marijuana stems in my fries as I was eating. I don’t know what the hell the workers were doing, but he was rude when I was ordering through the drive thru. It was some black guy with dreadlocks. I was recommended by a friend to eat there again, but today’s experience tells me I should’ve never went back.

One star is for the fact that we actually got food. We went during lunch today. Drive thru. The drive thru attendant repeated our order back to us as we were ordering. We waited at the window after paying for more than 5 minutes. There was no one in front of us and the parking lot had just enough cars for the amount of people working. Our food finally came out cold, and our sides were wrong, and we got a total of 4 ketchup packets and 3 Arby Sauces. I would not recommend going to this Arby’s or you cross your fingers they get your order right.

I have been eating here for years. The food is fabulous. I had a long day yesterday and didn’t feel like cooking anything for dinner, so I went to the drive up window at Arby’s in Grand Prairie. Who ever the young lady was manning the window on 3 Feb 2015 at 8:00 pm gave me superb service. Give her a bonus.

Have been there at least a dozen times more than half the they leave something out of the order or we will order a mid size sandwich and not get the larger sandwich. The employes always seem like have better things to do than be there and if you say anything they look at you like you an a@$)h?!e to say anything. I would give them no stars but I had to give them one!

Love this place! They always have good service in both the drive thru and in the dining room. The food is always fantastic and I drive 10 – 15 minutes just to go there! I love it! It’s great!!!
