The L&N employee who «cleaned» my carpet did a terrible job. When I complained to him, he told me the carpet couldn’t be cleaned, and I should buy new carpeting. I complained, and made an appt. for a redo. They never showed up. I called again, and was told they would come in two more days (on a Friday night!). I told them to forget it. I bought myself a Hoover steam cleaner and did it myself. It turned out great. I would never recommend this company.
P. S. They charged $ 120 for my living room, and I moved the furniture myself. He wasn’t here more than half an hour.
