The employees tried to be helpful… guess I can’t hold that against them. Some of the models on the floor were out of stock, had to be ordered in. I personally would rather go to Best Buy

Went in to ask a question about if the cassette adapter could be removed from the stock stereo in my truck. Bruce told me sadly that they couldn’t, but I could get a major improvement with a new head unit that I could play my XM through for under $ 100. I got it and can’t recommend Bruce and the rest of the staff enough. I set up an appointment, and when an earlier spot opened up, he called. Knowledgeable, low pressure and decent selection for a town our size. Better than some of the stores in Denver even.

Not exactly like a big city high end boutique, but with price matching and some nice lines, (Sunfire, Anthem, etc.) this is the place to go to build your home theater. The employees are so much better trained than the goofy, right out of high school kids they hire at Best Buy, and their demo rooms are set up much better.

From my experience, this place isn’t all too awesome for last minute jobs or imported parts. They weren’t able to accommodate appointments, and even if they did, they weren’t going to have the parts available. Nice people, I guess, but the prices quoted were higher than that of the big box stores. I like supporting local companies and all, but it’s a little difficult when they don’t make it easy for you. No harm, no foul, but no thanks for me.
