I had a great time at Texas Roadhouse. I do not typically leave reviews for places even if the service was good. But the exceptional service I received from my server«Clint» was so outstanding It deserved recognition. Within seconds I had a cold drink, hot rolls, and warm greetings. The appetizer of fried pickles was delivered quickly, the breading and tanginess of the pickles was on point. The caesar salad with my steak was the perfect blend of chilled, crisp, and dressing. Clint recommended a 12oz ribeye that was the perfect steak in regards to heat, flavor, and tenderness. The local micro brew beer Clint recommended was an exceptional combination with my meal and definitely rounded out my great experience. I want to give highlighted credit to Clint who gave exceptional service to those of us seated at the bar, but also give credit to the other staff that either delivered food or made sure to greet and thank me for coming on my way in and out of the restaurant. Entire staff was smiles and politeness. Will defiantly return on my next trip through Grand Junction.

The hostess were crap but the bartenders were amazing! Chris especially was amazing. He was funny, super nice and is just very good at his job. I would come back just to have him help us again! Thanks Chris!

After a couple days of eating crappy food on our road trip, we were so excited to get some real food. We were seated right away and our waiter was awesome and so friendly. He made sure our drinks were always filled and he took our order in a timely fashion. The bread was so good and our meals were exactly what we wanted. I definitely have no complaints and we left satisfied.

After spending 40 hours in the car it was time for something with substance! We stayed the night in town and decided to stop by here. The waiter was nice and told us how he had moved from California to Colorado, so it was fun to hear about where he is from. He was super personable as well and my drink was never empty for long! The food was great(the rolls didn’t stand a chance against me and my friend). The corn had a slightly strange taste to it, but the other food more than made up for it. Not sure if I will ever make it back to this particular town, but if I do I may just have to drop in again!

Hello fellow Unilocalers, this review is for the grand Junction Colorado location. Where to begin we were seated almost right away, our waiter was friendly steak was Perfect!!! Only reason I gave 4 stars is because seems the rolls are or have gotten smaller. But not a deal breaker as I have gone to a lot of Texas road houses and have yet to go to one that is different then all the rest they all taste the same no matter what state your in.

This is one of my favorite hangouts in Grand Junction! I go here with friends all the time! Love those ribeyes! Peanuts on the table, shells on the floor, bread a plenty!

Our waiter patrick was awesome! He brought us bread as he took us to our seats. And later on offered us our own bread baskets! With extra butter! Their onion appetizer was great and so are thei ribs. Ignore the appetizer samplers… that was super disappointing. The bread is amazing! Warm, fluffy and sweet on their own. Patrick! Seriously you are awesome! Thank you

Amazing! Caitlin(red head waitress) is the best server there is! She is fun, sweet, and constantly checks on you! Texas Roadhouse’s food is to die for! Definitely go check out this restaurant and ask for CAITLIN!

Everything with our meal and service was wonderful. Steaks cooked perfectly and delicious. The only detriment was the noise level.

This place should be called«Texas Feedlot» because it’s nothing more than a food factory where you are herded around like cattle into a booth and moved as quickly as possible to order, be served, and herded back out the door. The noise level in this place approached OSHA levels that could damage your eardrums. We were seated next to a party of about 12 – 14 people(including screaming children) that were actually YELLING across to each other. I love a party, but this was way overboard for open area seating. We four adults couldn’t carry on a conversation at a normal vocal level even though we were sitting not 2 – 3 feet across from each other. Our most often used word was«WHAT?» for the 45 minutes that we were there. Never again… never again. My second glass of water had«floaters» in it either from the glass not being sanitized or the ice being dirty. Had to ask the waitress for a refill as she didn’t check around like a seasoned waitress should(probably one of the local college kids). One of my forks’ tines was bent so as to click against my teeth when drawing it out of my mouth. Luckily, there was another. The silverware was filmy and water spotted when I opened the napkin setup. Never again… never again. This place is a disgrace to the food industry of Grand Junction. It’s a damned mad house of employees, servers, bartenders, customers that have no social manners, families that have no control over their children, and a decibel level that approaches a 747 taking off. Never again… never again. I pay for a dining experience, not for a dining circus, when I open my wallet to a restaurant. I’m not hard to please, but this place is just plain bad if you’re a mature adult that wants a quiet place to enjoy a meal. Think carefully folks before you dare to enter«The Texas Feedlot» in Grand Junction.

Decent in all aspects price, food, service one thing I could gripe about every time I order the prime rib it always comes out cold so I stopped ordering it now I just stick with the sirloin if ur hungry for steak good place to go.

Cold steaks cooked wrong, ran out of baked potatoes so they brought out the pitiful solitary steaks on a cold plate, then said they would bring us another side which we had to eat separately. Service was fair to poor, very disappointed overall. Something has happened to this place as the quality has taken a nosedive. Not likely to return soon. I’d suggest Outback.

Great food! Great steak! Loved the pulled pork! Constantly busy so I recommend the call ahead seating option.

If I could give less stars I would. We waited for forty minutes then they gave our table away. Then they wanted us to wait another thirty minutes for a different table. We went to outback instead and it was delicious and they sat us right away. This was a Thursday night.

Used to be one of our favorite chain restaurants, but now I’m not sure exactly why… rattlesnake bites and margaritas are great — ribs… not good, burnt and hard cinnamon butter rolls good, but it seems like this location is slipping a little bit

I stopped in here after driving all day. I just wanted to go somewhere that has good food. All the Texas Roadhouse I’ve been at are great. So I didn’t feel like I was rolling the dice coming here. I love their rolls and cinnamon butter. The cactus blossom is a must if you come here. The house salad with bleu cheese was great. All this was good to keep me tied over until my loaded bake potato &12 ounce rib eye got there. Which both were wonderful. The service was fast & friendly. So she got her 20% tip.

This place gave me the best meal I had in Grand Junction. And, trust me, that’s not saying much. Your best bet in here is probably a steak and a beer. Everyone else loved their steaks. I had the chicken and portabellos with mashed potatoes and it was actually really good. It’s the only thing that saved them from getting two stars. The green beans were god-awful. The chili was meh.(I swear, I’m done with red meat. Again. For real this time.) And this place does NOT know what a Long Island Iced Tea is. It tasted like a margarita with some rum in it.
