So I went in today to get my coffee and I was greeted very poorly by a cave-troll-esque woman And the way she greeted me was«what do you want?» Not«hi, welcome to Starbucks.» But, «what do you want?» To which I replied«I’m going to have…» Then she walked away from me, for about 15 seconds, came back and said. «You’re going to have??»(That’s about as unprofessional and rude as you can possibly be) So I gave her the rest of my order and sat down. Several minutes minutes later, still no drink. What the barista was doing was talking to her family. Which is understandable but after talking to her family, multiple different people came in and ordered drinks. There’s were coming out before mine. So I stood up and walked closer to the bar to see my travel thermos with the order tag facing away from the barista so she had no idea it was an order that was supposed to be made(thanks to the cave troll) so I’m a little upset as I’m watching the barista walk by my mug multiple times, finally a really good Starbucks employee that I’ve seen doing an amazing job comes from out of the back and flips my mug around and shows the barista that that needs to get made(FINALLY) So I get my drink and it’s totally the wrong drink and I’m so mad that I slam the door open and get in my car. After sitting there and contemplating if I should just eat the $ 6.00 I spent on this drink or attempt to go back in and ask for the right thing, I decide to go in. After waiting a solid ten minutes in line, I’m greeted again by the cave troll. And I said politely«this is the wrong drink, could I have you make it for me again.» To which she replied«WHAT’D YOUDOTOIT!?»(Obviously nothing as I’ve only had time to go out to my car and curse the coffee gods and then come back inside) I say again«this is the wrong drink, could you make me the correct one.» And she replies«DIDYOUDRINKIT!?»(Obviously trying to flip the situation around on me) And I said«no, this isn’t the drink I asked for.» So she pours my drink into the sink after putting hot water into the cup(for what reason I do not understand) and I finally get the correct drink 15 or so minutes later. Just an unpleasant experience at Starbucks. I might suggest the hiring manager at the 25rd Starbucks to not accept applications from middle earth.

We got the same frappuccinos we have gotten at many Starbucks here and it was terribly inferior. Low in taste. Seemed really diluted. We circled back through the drive thru and they tried to fix it but to no avail.

Good clean Starbucks. Got our order correct and were helpful and friendly. Since we were driving they even gave us two waters for in the car and a car carrier for the waters and our coffees. Conveniently located across the street from Sprouts and near the freeway, not too far outside of downtown. We would come here again.

I went through drive thru and ordered a drink. They did not make my drink correctly so I had to park, walk in, and return the drink. The clerk apologized; however, the barista(guy) was annoyed that I returned my drink. His annoyance was very visible. I don’t know if I’ll ever visit this Starbucks again. Yes, my drink was«my drink of choice» on the second try, but the service left a bad taste in my mouth.

I tend to visit Starbucks a lot to study and frequently run into two problems: 1) there aren’t enough outlets to plug my laptop into and 2) the place doesn’t have enough seating. This is by far the best Starbucks I’ve ever studied at and I will continue to visit while I’m in Grand Junction. Along the windows when you walk into the store is just a straight line of outlets which is INCREDIBLE to see when you have a power hungry computer. Additionally the seating is abundant. Even though the store was busy when I walked in I still found seating and an outlet to camp out for a bit. There were plenty of tables and enough couches just in case you wanted a more comfortable seat. The staff was overall friendly and quick to serve which was appreciated. Definitely come here if you need a place to study that isn’t too loud with plenty of electrical outlets!

There’s always a great crowd on both sides of the counter at this Starbucks. A cozy place to relax or get work done. And, if you’re lucky, you’ll spot the two-headed mouse that likes to hang out at the Chipotle.

Stopped in here for my morning cappuccino that the Holiday Inn Express across the street wasn’t offering. I was greeted by smiles. What a delight! And when I asked if they had any more ham and cheese squares, the barista behind the cashier checked right away. Overall, fast service for a Sunday morning and what a pleasant way to start the day!

I honestly don’t recall when I came here… but I don’t recall ever having a bad visit to any Starbucks!

Super friendly staff and very clean. Also remarkably fast service even though it was breakfast and quite busy. As far as Starbucks goes, this is a good one.

Always great service when we lived in Colorado. Stopped on our way back from CA and as friendly as ever! My husband ordered a drink with soy and she double checked to make sure no one was allergic to dairy because my Carmel apple spice has whip cream on top. Great service.

Drive thru is always super fast, and the baristas are hysterical for the most part. Busy in the mornings, but that’s to be expected!

Friendly, friendly, friendly! This is a small Starbucks, with about 12 inside tables and assorted comfy chairs. There is an outdoor patio and a drive-thru. I have found everyone to be very cheerful, friendly, and sweet. They don’t mind if I stay here for hours, sucking in their internet, air-conditioning, and sipping on my single skinny caramel macciato. Everyone on their team seems to have a smile and friendly word. Way to go, Starbucks, this is what a coffeehouse should be like, only maybe a little bigger would be nice!

I love their iced coffee. This Starbucks has a nice outside patio in a nice shopping area. Bonus: Drive thru.

Depends which crew you get on what you experience. This crew, was very slow and not as friendly as the morning crew.

It’s pretty much the only game in town as far as(Branded) Starbucks goes. The seating is awkward and it’s not the cleanest bucky’s I’ve ever been to but sometimes you just gotta have a vente cinnamon dolce latte… and the drinks and staff here are ok.
